Kato1, and Y. jp Abstract. Pressure effects on conformational equilibria of N-Acetyl-LGlycine-N’-Methylamide (AGlyMA) in aqueous solutions has been investigated with high-pressure Raman spectroscopy. Further, the differences in the partial molar volume (PMV) between the conformers (PII, ĮR, C7eq, and C5) are determined from the pressure dependence of Raman intensities. The PMV of the C7eq conformer is the smallest among the conformers of AGlyMA. The volume differences are calculated also by means of the RISM-Kirkwood-Buff theory.
